Let me introduce you to my Pili Sarson ki Chutney, a special recipe from Bihar. It is a versatile, multi-purpose chutney that works as a better, healthier replacement for store-bought mustard sauce on pizza or pasta, and is of course delicious with Indian food.

My Aam ki Mithi Chutney served with a simple home-cooked meal of aloo palak and roti. This sweet and sour mango chutney is made with organic jaggery, which gives it its rich, dark color.

How We Make Our Chutneys & Jams

Everything in my kitchen follows a simple rule: if I wouldn't serve it to my own family, it doesn't go into the jar. When you open a bottle of my Aam ki Mithi Chutney, you are getting raw mangoes, organic jaggery, rock salt, and hing. That is it. No thickeners, no artificial colors, and no preservatives. The dark, rich color comes naturally from the jaggery, not from food dyes.
