Every jar you see here is prepared in small batches, never mass-produced, to ensure our sun-dried process and authentic spice balance remain consistent. When you order, you are receiving a fresh jar that has been handled with the same care and lack of preservatives that we use in our own family kitchen.
At Achari Adda, we believe that real food takes time. Whether it is our classic oil-free mango pickle or the labor-intensive Aamle Ka Murabba, which requires a full week of soaking to achieve that perfect melt-in-the-mouth texture, we refuse to take shortcuts.
Our Process
Everything we make follows the traditional 'dadi-nani' recipes. We do not use synthetic colors or artificial preservatives. Our pickles rely on natural fermentation and the sun to develop their signature 'swad ka jhatka'.
