About The Tasting Experience: Melas & Parties
Whether you catch me at a Delhi-NCR food mela or visit my Noida home for an open house, the idea is simple: taste before you buy. I always have testers for all 20+ varieties of my pickles, jams, and chutneys ready. If you decide to pick up a jar or two, your entry ticket price for the open house is fully deducted from your final purchase, making your tasting session effectively free.
I started Niwala at 56 because I love the sparkle in someone's eyes when they eat something made with genuine care. My tasting experiences are not about corporate sales, they are about bringing people together to share stories and flavors.
Open House Tasting (Noida)
My open house sessions are casual, 60-minute walk-in events at my Noida residence. You get to sample everything on my menu, from my classic Aam ka Achaar to my experimental Amrud ki Chutney. I keep the vibe relaxed with lounge-style seating, music, and even some fun photo props for when you want to take a few pictures with friends.
Melas & Bazaars (Delhi-NCR)
If you see me at a mela in Delhi, please do stop by. My stall is usually one of the first ones you will see. It is the perfect place to drop by, have a quick taste, and chat about how I source my ingredients. There is absolutely no pressure to buy anything; I am just happy to share a bit of that 'maa ke haath ka swaad' (mother's taste) with you.
Private High-Tea
For those who want a more intimate setting, I host private groups of four or more. We move from a guided tasting journey of 20+ jars to sitting down with hot Lachcha Parathas made with fresh desi ghee. It is a 90-minute experience where I share the story behind each recipe. Whether you are a foodie looking for preservative-free treats or someone searching for the perfect gift, I hope you leave with a smile and a jar you love.
