Creativity, Science, and Movement for Curious Minds
We believe learning is active, messy, and joyful. From volcano experiments to mindful yoga, we guide children to explore their potential through movement, art, and hands-on discovery.
The wonder of science. The children are captivated by a demonstration of a volcano erupting. We use these exciting experiments to introduce concepts from our "Great Stories," like the story of the Earth's formation.
A close-up of a child's hand, confidently holding a paintbrush. Art is a powerful form of self-expression, and we provide the tools and freedom for children to explore their creativity.
A young artist at her easel, lost in the world of color. We encourage children to express themselves freely, focusing on the process of creation rather than the final product.
A sunny morning spent making a volcano erupt. This fun, hands-on science experiment is a memorable way for children to learn about chemical reactions.
Celebrating Yoga Day with our entire community, including parents and grandparents. It was a beautiful morning of stretching, breathing, and connecting with each other.
Glimpses from our summer camp, where creativity blossoms. Here, children are engaged in a group painting activity, sharing materials and ideas.
A proud smile and a beautiful leaf garland made during summer camp. This activity connects art with nature, using materials found in our environment.
About this collection
Instead of using pre-made templates for art, we provide open-ended materials like seeds, leaves, and various paints to encourage genuine creative expression. This helps your child develop fine motor skills and confidence by focusing on the creative process, not just the final result.
Science in our Montessori environment is about observation and inquiry. When we demonstrate a volcano experiment, it is not just to see a reaction; it is to spark questions about the natural world, often linking back to our 'Great Stories' curriculum. This approach builds critical thinking skills that serve children well beyond their early years.
We integrate movement into daily life, from structured yoga sessions that invite parents to join, to purposeful outdoor play that refines balance and coordination. Whether it is threading beads, sewing leaves for motor control, or exploring landforms, every activity is designed to challenge the child appropriately for their current developmental stage.
Located in Kasavanahalli, off Sarjapur Road, we have built a space where the walls echo with discovery. Our environment ensures that academic readiness—such as writing fluency or mathematical concepts—is always built upon a foundation of genuine curiosity and physical comfort. We want children to feel that their hands, minds, and bodies are all capable tools for exploring the world around them.
Nivriti Montessori
We are a family of guides and parents building a space where children lead their own learning. Our approach at Nivriti Montessori isn't about rigid plans, but about sparking that light in a child's eyes when they finally figure something out.
