A Place Like Home
I see our day care as a real extension of home - not just a pit stop till pick-up. Kids call our teachers ‘aunties’ and that warmth is everywhere, whether your child is shy or a chatterbox. Trust matters most, and it’s something we build every day.
Montessori, But Not Just on Paper
Everything here is rooted in Montessori ideas. It’s not about keeping kids busy. I try to help them get independent, learn real stuff, and find joy in figuring things out themselves. The day is a mix of:
- Doing things on their own (they get a kick out of pouring their own water)
- Using their hands with Montessori materials
- Learning gentle social skills, and a bit of ‘please-thank you’ magic
What Happens in a Day
Kids jump into all sorts of things - some quiet, some messy:
- Peeling and mixing in the kitchen, watering plants, or wiping spills
- Messy art (paint everywhere, but worth it), clay, singing together
- Sensory games, basic yoga, and running around in the outdoor space
- Montessori-inspired child care with real tools, not just toys
The Space
Everything’s kid-sized here. Shelves, tables, even the reading corners. There’s an outdoor zone and a cool sensory path indoors. I want kids to feel like the space belongs to them.
Program Options
I care for little ones (2-6 years) all day, and school-goers (6-12 years) after school with our after-school enrichment program. Both get time to play, learn, and unwind.
We Celebrate Together
We make diyas, sing “Hum bachhe hanste gaate hain,” and learn through festivals and fun. It gets noisy, sometimes messy, but always happy.
