Custom Sherwanis and Groomswear in Delhi
Your wedding day is a long affair. I design sherwanis that keep you comfortable from the first ceremony to the last dance, without sacrificing your personal style.
This video captures the luxurious feel of our velvet paisley sherwani. The way the fabric moves and the intricacy of the traditional paisley pattern make it a truly regal choice for a groom on his wedding day.
This sherwani showcases decades of craft in a single silhouette. The intricate, geometric embroidery in delicate pastel hues creates a look of understated grandeur, perfect for a sophisticated day wedding.
A proud groom, Saket Modi, looking dashing and regal in his bespoke ivory sherwani. We crafted this piece with a textured fabric and custom jeweled buttons to be as special as his big day.
The inside of a garment is just as important as the outside. This video shows the fully lined interior of one of our intricately embroidered sherwanis, a detail that ensures comfort and a flawless fit.
Here you can see the personal fitting process for our Mughal-inspired open sherwani. I work with each client to ensure the silhouette, from the Choga kurta to the open jacket, is tailored perfectly to their frame.
A close-up of our handcrafted open sherwani, showing the beautiful texture of the fabric. Paired with a simple kurta, this ensemble brings a touch of old-world Mughal elegance to any celebration.
A happy client showcasing the full length of the open sherwani. The way it drapes over the kurta creates a layered, sophisticated look that is both traditional and refreshingly modern.
The shoulder and collar detail of our Mughal-inspired sherwani. The subtle, self-patterned embroidery adds a layer of texture and richness without overwhelming the clean silhouette.
This full-length shot shows how our open sherwani and Choga kurta come together for a complete, festive look. It’s an outfit designed for movement, comfort, and celebration.
A glimpse into the beautiful wedding of our client, Saket Modi. We were honored to be a part of his journey, crafting a bespoke sherwani that reflected the love and joy of the occasion.
About For The Groom & Grand Occasions
Most people worry about their wedding outfit being too heavy or stiff to wear for hours. At my Defence Colony studio, I use breathable linings and high-quality natural silks so you stay cool and move easily. We fit every piece to your frame during multiple sessions, ensuring you feel like yourself, not a mannequin.
I started Nine Styles because I was tired of seeing grooms miserable in their own clothes. You should not have to sacrifice comfort for style on your biggest day. When you visit my studio, we do not just pick a design. We look at the fabric weight, the climate of your wedding venue, and the rituals you have planned. Whether it is a hand-painted piece created with our partners in Rajasthan or a classic embroidered set, everything is built to your measurements.
I require 4 to 6 weeks for production. This allows for three mandatory fittings—a muslin structure check, a semi-finished try-on, and the final finish. This process helps us catch even the smallest adjustment needed for your posture and movement. I focus on details like custom buttons made from old coins and hidden interior pockets, ensuring the garment is practical as well as regal. If you are planning for a grand occasion in Delhi or nearby, come by the studio. Let us sit down and plan a look that reflects your personal story.
