Bespoke Menswear & Handcrafted Heritage Pieces
From breathable fabrics that defy the heat to intricate, artist-led embroidery, these pieces define what I stand for at Nine: comfort, precision, and the pride of Indian craft.
This is what my brand is all about. I collaborated with a master artist from Rajasthan to create this hand-painted sherwani. It took him ten days to bring this gorgeous floral design to life, turning a beautiful garment into a piece of wearable art. This is our Indian heritage, and I am so proud to share it.
I love creating pieces that feel both classic and modern. This black velvet bandhgala jacket, with its intricate silver leaf embroidery, is designed for a man who appreciates the art of detail and wants to make a sophisticated statement at a cocktail or reception event.
For me, clothing should tell a story. This royal blue velvet bandhgala is a perfect example, featuring hand-embroidered silver elephants that celebrate our rich Indian motifs. It's a bold, regal piece, tailored for those milestone celebrations.
This open sherwani paired with a Choga kurta is my modern take on the old Mughal era. It's handcrafted for a graceful silhouette, perfect for a wedding or a grand festive occasion. The look is timeless, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable.
The smallest details make the biggest difference. Here, I've integrated a genuine 1 Anna coin from historic India as a button on one of our finest blazers. It’s a collector’s piece that turns a piece of currency into couture, celebrating our heritage in a modern way.
A kurta doesn't have to be simple. This black ceremonial kurta features a stunning yoke with geometric patterns in thread and mirror work. It's a perfect example of how we blend traditional Indian craft with a sharp, contemporary design for festive evenings.
Every outfit I create is a one-on-one process. It all starts here, with a conversation, a measuring tape, and the careful marking and cutting of the finest fabric. This is the foundation of a truly bespoke garment, made just for you.
It was an absolute pleasure to welcome the legendary cricketer Suresh Raina to my studio. We had a great time exploring fabrics and designing some unique pieces for him. Seeing my clients, especially those I admire, wear my creations with pride is the best part of my job.

When you walk into my Defence Colony studio, we don't just pick a size. We talk about where you're wearing the piece, the climate you'll be in, and how to balance the weight of the fabric against the style you want. Whether it’s integrating an antique coin button or hand-painting a sherwani motif, my goal is to ensure you aren't just wearing an outfit—you're wearing a story that actually fits.
At Nine, I’ve spent two decades fixing the one thing men usually hate about ceremonial wear: the discomfort. I’ve seen too many grooms sweating through heavy, unbreathable layers at their own weddings. That’s why my approach starts with the fabric—using high-count Italian wools or breathable silk blends—and ends with a fit that feels like a second skin.
My process is entirely one-on-one. When you visit my studio in Defence Colony, Delhi, we start with a conversation. We discuss the event, the weather, and what makes you feel like yourself. This is not mass production. From the first chalk mark to the final stitch, every garment goes through a rigorous construction process.
I am particularly proud of our collaboration with local artists. For example, our hand-painted sherwanis aren't just printed; they are canvases brought to life by skilled artisans from Rajasthan. Each stroke is deliberate, often taking up to ten days to complete. Similarly, I love the small touches, like using genuine antique 1-Anna coins as buttons on blazers. It brings a piece of history into a modern, sharp silhouette.
Whether you need a Bandhgala for a formal reception, an open sherwani for your wedding, or a festive kurta set, my team and I focus on the details that others skip. It is about creating a balance between tradition and your personal comfort.
