About Strength & Conditioning
We don't just track weights here. I use a phased approach—starting with conditioning in month one, moving to hypertrophy, and finishing with a shred—while keeping your nutrition plan realistic enough to handle the occasional family gathering or weekend slip-up.
Your Roadmap, Not a Generic Plan
Most people quit because they get bored or the program feels like a punishment. At Nikhil's Fitness Studio in PNS Layout, we change that. My strength and conditioning programs are built on progressive overload, meaning we track every rep to ensure you are actually getting stronger over time, not just sweating.
How We Build Strength
- Phased Training: We start with a foundation of conditioning, progress into hypertrophy for muscle growth, and move into high-intensity shredding.
- Form First: Whether we are using free weights, cable machines, or functional ropes, my focus is on your technique. I'm there to spot you and correct your form in real-time.
- Nutrition That Works: No boring boiled food. We focus on basic macro-planning that respects the Indian kitchen. We work with the Roti and Rice you are already eating, just adjusting the portions to hit your goals.
Where We Train
If you are in Bengaluru, we can train in-person at my studio where I keep a close eye on your intensity and form. If you're outside the city or have a busy schedule, my online coaching covers the same ground. You get a custom PDF or app-based plan, video form reviews, and weekly check-ins to make sure you stay on track.
This isn't about being perfect. It's about being consistent. If you mess up, we laugh, we move on, and we hit the next session harder. Let’s make 'one day' into 'day one'.
