- Flooring: Low-maintenance IPS (Indian Patent Stone) concrete finish or basic 1x1 ft ceramic tiles.

Sweat Equity: Work Your Way Home
Here's what makes us different. We've set up a sweat equity housing model where locals help build the project and, through their work, can eventually own a home. We start by hiring folks from the area as 'Helpers'. After a 30-day hands-on training camp, they pick up skills for prefab construction. Over 18-24 months, they can move up to semi-skilled positions. The more days they work or the more houses they help build, the closer they get to full home ownership. It's simple - kaam karo, ghar pao (work hard, get a home).

We got tired of seeing folks priced out, so we’re into affordable housing too, not just fancy beach villas. You’ll catch us on-site, fixing joints and fussing over details. Our rule?
