Structure & Shell
- 20ft x 8ft x 8.6ft Grade A rust-treated marine container base.
- 50mm Glasswool or Rockwool insulation on walls and ceiling for NCR temperature control.
- Interior walls paneled with 8mm Cement Fiber Board or PVC.
- Flooring uses 18mm Marine Ply base with heavy-duty PVC vinyl carpet.
Fabrication
- 1 insulated steel door with heavy-duty locking mechanism.
- 2 aluminium sliding windows (4ft x 3ft) with safety grills.
- Exterior finished with anti-corrosive primer and 2 coats of industrial enamel paint.
Electricals
- Concealed copper wiring with MCB box and external hookup point.
- Includes 2 LED tubelights, 1 wall fan, and 3-4 power points (5A/15A).

Glazing & Exterior
- Full-length 15ft structural glazing using 10mm toughened glass or DGU.
- Powder-coated Aluminium or uPVC frames (Black/Dark Grey).
- Exterior finished with high-gloss PU paint or ACP cladding highlights.
- Dedicated space on the exterior header for signage boards.
Premium Interiors
- Walls finished with PVC marble-look sheets or charcoal louvers.
- False ceiling with grid system or flat PVC panels.
- Flooring upgrades to SPC or wooden finish waterproof laminate planks.
Utilities
- Track lighting or recessed COB lights for ambiance.
- Reinforced framing and cutout provided for split AC installation.

- Kitchen walls clad with stainless steel sheets for hygiene and fire safety.

We care about every detail. Har container mein proper insulation hota hai (every container gets proper insulation), double toughened glass lagta hai (double toughened glass for safety), andar hum cement board bhi lagate hain (inside, we use cement board for a strong finish). No shortcuts.

No templates. You tell us what you want - chahe woh office container ho ya restaurant ka container (be it an office or restaurant container) - hum custom systems banate hain (we make it custom).
