Structure & Shell
- Framework: Prefabricated Mild Steel (MS) structural skeleton using anti-rust primed and painted box sections.
- Exterior Cladding: Weather-proof Cement Fiber Board or Metal Siding with exterior grade paint finish.
- Insulation: High-density Rockwool or Puff insulation within wall cavities for temperature control.
- Roofing: Insulated PUF roofing panels or corrugated metal sheets with waterproofing and false ceiling underdecking.
Glazing & Doors
- Front Facade: Full-height 10mm/12mm Toughened Safety Glass in powder-coated Aluminum or UPVC frames.
- Entrance: Large 2-track or 3-track sliding glass door with locking mechanism and mosquito mesh provision.
- Ventilation: Inclusion of rear or side top-hung ventilator windows.
Interiors & Electricals
- Flooring: Heavy-duty Laminate Wooden flooring or SPC flooring.
- Wall Finish: Internal walls finished with Gypsum board punning and plastic emulsion paint.
- Electrical: Concealed wiring (Polycab/Finolex), modular switches, LED downlights, and power points for AC/Laptops.
Installation
- Assembly: On-site assembly of prefabricated modules taking approximately 3 to 7 days.

Flooring & Finish
- Flooring: Installation of wooden deck tiles or engineered wood flooring over the existing terrace.
- Drainage: Integrated gutter channels and downspouts within steel columns for water runoff.
- Lighting: Integrated profile LED strip lighting within steel beams.

- Pantry Zone: Designated space with plumbing and electrical points for a kitchenette, counter provision, and sink.

- Decks: Integrated front deck or verandah made of WPC or treated timber.
- Doors/Windows: High-performance UPVC or thermal-break Aluminum windows with Double Glazing (DGU) options.

Membrane Fabric
- Material: Heavy-duty PVC Coated Polyester Fabric (550 GSM to 750 GSM brands like Ferrari or Mehler).
- Properties: 100% Waterproof, UV resistant, Anti-fungal treated, and flame retardant.
- Patterning: Computer-aided plotting and HF welding of seams for maximum tension strength.
Support Structure
- Steelwork: MS Poles and trusses (Circular Hollow Sections), curved or straight based on design.
- Cables: Marine-grade Stainless Steel (SS 304/316) tension cables, turnbuckles, and plates.
- Finish: Sandblasted and powder-coated or PU painted steel members.
Installation
- Hardware: Includes anchor bolts and base plates.
- Engineering: Form-finding analysis to ensure fabric stability in high winds.
