Grey Structure & Civil Shell
Design & Management
- Drawings: 2D floor plans and structural drawings included.
- 3D Elevation: Basic facade structure design.
- Supervision: Dedicated site supervisor for reinforcement and curing checks.
Core Materials
- Steel: Fe-550 Grade TMT bars (Tata Tiscon / Jindal Panther).
- Cement: 43/53 Grade OPC/PPC (Ultratech / ACC / Ambuja).
- Aggregates: 20mm and 10mm crushed blue metal stone.
- Masonry: First-class Red Clay Bricks or Fly Ash bricks.
Structural Scope
- Foundation: Earthwork excavation (4-6 ft) and RCC isolated footings with anti-termite treatment.
- Frame: RCC Columns, Beams, and Roof Slabs (10-11 ft clear height).
- Walls: 9-inch external weather walls and 4.5-inch internal partition walls.
- Plaster: Double coat sand-cement (external) and single coat smooth finish (internal).

- Electrical: PVC conduits laid in slabs and walls (wiring not included).

How I Work
- First, I mark out your plot and start with a solid foundation (neenv). No shortcuts here.
- Then comes the main structure (dhaancha) - RCC columns, beams, slabs, and brickwork. I’ve built G+2 and G+3 homes, so multi-story isn’t a problem.
- For the exterior, I focus on modern house facade design using plaster, paint, wood panels, tiles, or stone. You get to pick the vibe.

You’ll get a 3D exterior home visualization before the walls are even up. This way, you know exactly how your house will look - colours, lights, materials, everything. No last-minute shocks.
