I grew up believing basketball isn’t just a sport - it’s a way to shape character. At RSA Basketball Academy, we keep things real. You’ll find us at Noida Stadium, Sector 21A, where the vibe is green, open, and honestly pretty inspiring.
Who Coaches Here
Our team’s got the experience:
- Ashok Sharma, who’s been around international courts and knows the ins and outs.
- I’m Ankit Sharma, and I’ve put in over a decade, captained Delhi State, and studied the game from every angle.
How We Train
We don’t just chase wins. We want you to think on your feet, trust your teammates, and pick up mental grit. I’m a fan of smart defense, just like Bill Russell said - make them guess, not just chase blocks.
On-Court Focus
Expect intensive basketball court drills - ball handling, passing, and shooting till it’s second nature. We push for physical conditioning for basketball, mixing in stretching and bits of yoga for balance and mind game. Elite player development isn’t just talk - our players have gone on to national championships, including girls basketball coaching for all skill levels.
Who Can Join
We coach kids, teens, and adults, from absolute beginners to those gunning for medals. If you’re keen, just show up and see if our style clicks with you.

My Story
Started off as a player, captain of Delhi State, silver at Junior Nationals 2004 - that thrill's still there, but now it's about making future champs. Degrees? Yeah, BBA, MBA, two in Physical Education, all so I could do this right. RSA Basketball Academy's my baby, over 10 years now. Still love seeing that spark in kids. Once, monks at a monastery joined me for a game - basketball really can happen anywhere.
