We take our role as your caterer seriously. Behind the scenes, our kitchen is built for efficiency without sacrificing that 'hommiefood' touch. We avoid mass-production methods that strip away flavour. Instead, we use high-heat woks for our stir-frys and slow-cooking processes for our signature curries, just as we would in a Manipuri home.
