Because I cook everything fresh, I require pre-orders for all catering events. Whether you need individual 8-compartment meal boxes for a quick picnic or bulk buffet trays for a large gathering, my team ensures everything is packed in sealed, hygienic containers so it arrives at your venue exactly as it should be.
I bring the true taste of Eramdam Manipur to Delhi, making it easy to host a memorable get-together without the stress of cooking. My goal is to share the food I grew up with, whether you are planning a birthday picnic, a corporate lunch, or a cultural fellowship.
For smaller gatherings or outdoor picnics, my 8-course Manipuri Thali boxes are a favorite. They come with 300g of aromatic rice, a main protein like Smoked Pork with Bamboo Shoot or Chicken Curry, and traditional sides like Ooti and Eromba chutney. It is a complete, mess-free meal that is perfect for eating on the go.
If you are planning a larger event, I offer a full-service drop-off buffet. I deliver the food in bulk foil trays or steel handis and use biodegradable areca leaf plates for a traditional touch. My team handles the setup and food replenishment, so you can focus on your guests.
The menu is deeply rooted in Manipuri culinary arts. You can choose from signature non-veg dishes like Sareng Thongba (Boal fish curry), spicy chicken stir-fry, or hearty duck curry. For vegetarians, my fresh Singju salad and Ooti are always crowd-pleasers. I even cater for cultural festivals like Cheiraoba, where I serve special items like Khechri prepared on lotus leaves. Everything we serve is made with the same love I put into my daily home cooking.
