Hard work, discipline, and a whole lot of volleyball. Join us at the Namma Bengaluru Torpedoes academy to level up your game.

Here is a look at one of our attacking drills. We start with footwork over the hurdles to build explosive power and then transition directly into a powerful spike at the net. This is how we train for game-like situations.

This is our family. A group photo of all the dedicated athletes from our Bengaluru Torpedoes grassroots program. We train together, we grow together, and we win together.

Speed and agility are everything in volleyball. Here you can see our young athletes pushing through a series of hurdle jumps and cone sprints to improve their on-court quickness and reaction time.

Defense wins games. This clip shows one of our players executing a perfect defensive dive, or "pancake," to keep the ball in play. We drill these movements until they become second nature.

Blocking is about timing and teamwork. In this partner drill, players mirror each other's movements at the net to improve their coordination and create a solid wall against attackers.

We work hard, but we also have fun. This is a game we call "Catch the Tail," a great way to warm up, build team spirit, and share some laughs before the serious training begins.

Before every game and practice, we come together as a team. Here I am talking to the players, setting the goals for the session and making sure everyone is focused and ready to give their best.
