The Myna Approach
We do not believe in massive, impersonal classes. Our studios are air-conditioned, sound-treated spaces where we sit on the floor in traditional baithak style. This creates a non-judgmental atmosphere where riyaaz (practice) feels like a collective meditation. Every class includes live harmonium accompaniment or electronic tanpura support to ground your practice.
