I spent eight years in a Brand Manager role before building my career in fitness, so I know exactly why those standard wellness talks fail to engage anyone. My sessions are built on a hybrid format that respects your time: 45 minutes of relatable storytelling about breaking the corporate grind, followed by 15 minutes of low-impact movement that works in office clothes. I don't believe in forcing people to sweat in a conference room; I believe in changing their energy.
