Our trial week isn't just an open gym pass; it includes a full mobility screening and a safety bail tutorial. We don't just throw you into a class—we assess your joint health and teach you how to roll and land safely before you ever attempt your first vault, ensuring you build a solid foundation from day one.

The Training Process
When you start with our trial week, you aren't just jumping around; you are going through a structured assessment:
- Mobility Screening: A 10-15 minute check by a certified coach to see where you stand.
- Safety Bail Tutorial: Learning to fall is the most important skill in parkour. We teach you this before anything else.
- Fundamental Movement: We break down vaults, precision jumps, and wall runs into easy, step-by-step progressions.
Progress with the MMA Level System
Once you join, you will see our MMA Level System—similar to martial arts belts—which helps you track your progress from Level 1 to Level 5. It keeps your goals clear and measurable.
Community and Locations
With centers in Andheri, Bandra, Powai, and Breach Candy, finding a slot is easy. We also host outdoor jams and international coach visits, so the community aspect is huge. If you are nervous about showing up, don't be. We have had IT professionals, actors, and kids as young as 2 join our sessions. Bas shuru kahin se karna hota hai (You just have to start somewhere). Everyone started at zero, and everyone cheers each other on.
