We don’t do the usual gym stuff. Our vibe is all about moving like superheroes—jumping, climbing, crawling, and just using our bodies in ways that feel awesome. Movement se jo khushi milti hai, wo phone scroll karne se nahi milti (The happiness from movement, you don’t get from scrolling your phone).

What You’ll Get

Our functional fitness sessions are built for real life. You’ll learn to push, pull, jump, hang, and move with control. It’s not about flexing muscles, it’s about using them—lifting groceries, chasing your kids, or hiking up a hill. We focus on everyday movement strength, so you feel powerful and agile outside the gym too.

Who Can Join?

Honestly, anyone. Most beginners here are in their late 30s, but we’ve got all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re starting from scratch or want injury-proof training for your sport, we’ll meet you where you are. Bas shuru kahin se karna hota hai (You just have to start somewhere).

My Story

We’re Mumbai’s first parkour-dedicated spot. We started ‘cause gyms felt boring, all about looking strong, not moving strong. Wanted real strength, like video game heroes. Anyone can do parkour – seen IT folks, actors, even our own staff jump in. Har Koi Parkour Kar Sakta Hai (Anyone can do Parkour). Coaches from UK, Prague, Italy, events, birthdays, all happen here. It’s not just a class, it’s family. Movement is our language.

My Work

Classes for All Ages - We run Parkour for kids (from age 2), teens, adults. Also rock climbing, calisthenics, gymnastics rings, and functional movement training.

Adventure Birthday Parties - We host adventure-themed birthday parties and holiday camps. Loads of movement, fun, and challenges.

No Experience Needed - Come as you are. Most start from zero. Our vibe is supportive, everyone cheers you on. Just try.

Technique Over Strength - We teach safe falling, jumping, crawling - functional strength you use in real life. Always technique first.
