About Meet Our Coaches: The Heart of Our Academy
Becoming a coach here isn’t just about fitness. Before they lead a single class, our instructors must earn 50 signatures from senior coaches. Each sign is only given when they demonstrate they can teach safely, keep students engaged, and guide people through fear. It often takes six months of interning before they take the lead, so you are always in hands that know the process inside out.
Our coaching philosophy is simple: we aren't here to just show off moves. We are here to help you learn them. Whether you are coming from a corporate background or looking to swap screen time for real physical challenges, our team has walked the same path. Many of our coaches started as students themselves, making them uniquely equipped to understand the frustration of a missed jump or the fear of a new obstacle.

We believe in learning by doing. Our team actively trains alongside international experts from the U.K., Italy, and Prague to keep our knowledge fresh and our standards high.
