Technique Over Strength
If you think you need big muscles, forget it. We teach you to climb with your legs, not just your arms. You don’t need to be strong to start, just ready to learn. Most people are surprised how much they can do with the right climbing technique workshops.
What’s Bouldering?
Our main thing is bouldering - short walls, no ropes, just thick mats below. It’s safe and simple. We start by showing you how to fall and land, so you can push yourself without worry. Perfect for indoor bouldering sessions.
Who Can Join?
Har koi climb kar sakta hai! (Anyone can climb!) Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner, a bored gym-goer, or a kid (6+). We run beginner-friendly climbing classes and holiday camps for kids, plus sessions for adults who want something different.
Skills & Community
You’ll learn to read the wall, use your feet, grip smarter, and even try dynamic moves like jumps. The vibe here is supportive - yahan sab ek dusre ko cheer karte hain (everyone cheers for each other). We host climbing community events, workshops, and friendly competitions. Just start - bas shuru karna hota hai (just start somewhere).

My Story
We’re Mumbai’s first parkour-dedicated spot. We started ‘cause gyms felt boring, all about looking strong, not moving strong. Wanted real strength, like video game heroes. Anyone can do parkour – seen IT folks, actors, even our own staff jump in. Har Koi Parkour Kar Sakta Hai (Anyone can do Parkour). Coaches from UK, Prague, Italy, events, birthdays, all happen here. It’s not just a class, it’s family. Movement is our language.
My Work
Classes for All Ages - We run Parkour for kids (from age 2), teens, adults. Also rock climbing, calisthenics, gymnastics rings, and functional movement training.
Adventure Birthday Parties - We host adventure-themed birthday parties and holiday camps. Loads of movement, fun, and challenges.
No Experience Needed - Come as you are. Most start from zero. Our vibe is supportive, everyone cheers you on. Just try.
Technique Over Strength - We teach safe falling, jumping, crawling - functional strength you use in real life. Always technique first.
