Why We Train Differently

I believe in moving strong, not just looking strong. Parkour isn’t about showing off muscles - it’s about what your body can actually do. If you’re tired of gym routines and want to feel like a superhero, this is your space. Confidence and focus matter more than reckless jumps.

Who Can Join?

Har Koi Parkour Kar Sakta Hai (Anyone can do Parkour). Age, fitness, or experience doesn’t matter. Our beginner parkour classes have adults with an average age of 37, from IT folks to parents. Kids as young as 2 join in, swapping screen time for real movement. Movement se na wo khushi jo aati hai wo mobile phone se nahi aati hai (the happiness from movement beats anything you get from a phone). Yahan pe aao (Come here) and you’ll feel the vibe - everyone’s cheering for each other.

How We Train

Safety comes first. We teach safe parkour techniques - learning to fall and bail before you try anything fancy. Progress is clear with our MMA Level System, like martial arts belts. Kids and adults move through levels, earning their way up with real assessments.

What Happens in Class

You’ll work on jumping, climbing, balancing, rolling, and hanging. We break down moves like vaults, wall runs, and precision jumps into easy steps. Conditioning is all bodyweight - pull-ups, pistol squats, handstands. Barefoot training is optional, but it helps build strong feet and balance.

Other Ways to Start

We run intro workshops for all ages and kids parkour workshops during holidays. Bas shuru kahin se karna hota hai (You just have to start somewhere).

My Story

We’re Mumbai’s first parkour-dedicated spot. We started ‘cause gyms felt boring, all about looking strong, not moving strong. Wanted real strength, like video game heroes. Anyone can do parkour – seen IT folks, actors, even our own staff jump in. Har Koi Parkour Kar Sakta Hai (Anyone can do Parkour). Coaches from UK, Prague, Italy, events, birthdays, all happen here. It’s not just a class, it’s family. Movement is our language.

My Work

Classes for All Ages - We run Parkour for kids (from age 2), teens, adults. Also rock climbing, calisthenics, gymnastics rings, and functional movement training.

Adventure Birthday Parties - We host adventure-themed birthday parties and holiday camps. Loads of movement, fun, and challenges.

No Experience Needed - Come as you are. Most start from zero. Our vibe is supportive, everyone cheers you on. Just try.

Technique Over Strength - We teach safe falling, jumping, crawling - functional strength you use in real life. Always technique first.

Multiple Mumbai Locations - Find us in Andheri, Bandra, Powai, Breach Candy. Classes spread across the city.
