I do not just teach techniques, I prepare fighters for the ring. My students test their skills at national and international championships, learning that true growth happens under pressure.

About The Champions' Circle: Competition Highlights

Competition is not just about the medal, it is about discipline. My students regularly compete in the National Muay Thai Championships and Pythian Games, and I expect the same focus in the ring that we practice on the gym floor. Whether you are stepping into a match for the first time or aiming for international representation, my job is to ensure you know how to strike and how to protect yourself.

For me, the ring is the final exam. I have taken my students to the 4th National Muay Thai Championship and the Pythian Games in Chandigarh, not to just show off, but to validate the hours of pad work, bag drills, and sparring we do at my academies in Sadiq Nagar and Siri Fort.

Competition is a heavy commitment. It requires pushing past physical fatigue and mental barriers. When my students face opponents from Punjab, J&K, or Uttar Pradesh, they aren't just fighting; they are applying the logic of Muay Thai that I have taught them.

I often tell my students: 'In competition, you either win or you learn.' We analyze every fight after it happens. If a student loses, we look at where the technique failed or where their focus dropped. If they win, we look at how to improve for the next level. This cycle of performance and review is how we build champions.

My competition pathway is open to those who are serious. You do not start here on day one. You start with basics, move to sparring, and only when I see the required discipline and skill, we talk about the ring. If you are looking to represent your city or country, you need more than just physical strength. You need to understand the culture, the tradition, and the full scope of the Art of 8 Limbs.
