A glimpse inside our training floor in Delhi, where we focus on technique, discipline, and the hard work required to build a foundation for Muay Thai.

A quick, energetic edit showing the dynamic atmosphere of our Muay Thai Boxing Academy.

Every student builds confidence at their own pace. This young girl is developing her punching power and focus.

A moment of respect and focus before training begins. The Wai is a traditional greeting in Thailand and an important part of our practice.

About Additional Work

In my academy, there is no air conditioning, only sweat and consistency. The clips here show our conditioning drills, such as tire jumps and agility ladders, which are essential for building the explosive power and cardiovascular fitness needed for Muay Thai. Whether you are a beginner starting with basics or a student preparing for national competitions, this is where we build the engine.

Building Authentic Fighters

These training moments represent the everyday reality of our academy. Muay Thai is not just about learning how to punch and kick; it is about building the body and mind to handle the intensity of the sport. We do not use shortcuts. Every student goes through the same conditioning process to ensure they have the stamina and speed to perform.

The Training Environment

We operate two main facilities in Delhi: Sadiq Nagar and Siri Fort Stadium. My gym is not a fancy fitness club; it is a dedicated space for martial arts. We focus on the 'Art of 8 Limbs'—punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. The equipment you see in the clips, from the heavy bags to the puzzle mats, is there to help students learn with proper form and safety.

Why Conditioning Matters

Many people underestimate the physical requirement of Muay Thai. My classes include high-intensity interval training, plyometrics, and bodyweight drills. This is why kids who train here often see improvements in their focus and discipline outside the ring as well. It is a rigorous, structured routine that helps students transition from basic techniques to intermediate combinations, and eventually, to controlled technical sparring.

Our Philosophy

I teach students to respect the tradition of Muay Thai. We perform the Wai Kru Ram Muay ritual, not just for show, but to build character and respect for the art and the teacher. If you are looking for a place where you will be pushed to improve every single day, this is it.
