Building the Foundation: Core Drills

I teach the real basics of Muay Thai from day one. Kids learn how to punch, kick, and defend correctly through pad work, bag drills, and partner exercises, building muscle memory and proper form.

Fun Fitness & Conditioning

My training is a *fitness ka mazedar tarika* (a fun way to get fit). We use agility ladders, tire jumps, plyometric boxes, and bodyweight exercises to build the strength, speed, and endurance that kids need.

Safe Sparring: Putting Skills to the Test

Sparring is essential for learning timing, distance, and control. We conduct weekly sparring sessions where every child wears full protective gear, ensuring a safe environment to apply what they have learned.

More Than a Sport: Tradition & Respect

Muay Thai is rich in culture. I teach my students the Wai Kru Ram Muay ritual to show respect for their teachers and the art, building discipline and character that goes far beyond fighting.

The Champions' Circle: Competition Highlights

For students who want to test their skills, I provide dedicated competition preparation. Here are some proud moments of my students representing our academy at national and international events.

My Journey & Philosophy

Martial arts is a lifelong commitment, not a three-month course. In these clips, I share my own journey from being a student of Kung Fu and Karate to becoming a Kru in Muay Thai, and the values I instill in my students.

Advanced Technique Breakdowns

Here I demonstrate more advanced techniques and conditioning exercises. This includes different pushup variations to build punching power and specific Muay Thai attacks like the Khao Laa knee strike.

Our Academy & Community

My gym is a place where students from all backgrounds, even from other countries, come together to train and grow. We are more than a gym, we are a family built on mutual respect and a passion for Muay Thai.
