Life knocked me down with Dengue Shock Syndrome. I had to learn to walk and breathe on my own again. This journey from a hospital bed back to the gym floor is the foundation of my coaching. I know what it takes to rebuild from zero, and I use that experience to help you conquer your own setbacks.
