This is more than a comeback; it's a statement. After facing personal and professional battles that took me out of the game, I am rebuilding myself, stronger and wiser. 2025 is the year I return to the ring, and this is the discipline that will get me there.

Life knocked me down with Dengue Shock Syndrome. I had to learn to walk and breathe on my own again. This journey from a hospital bed back to the gym floor is the foundation of my coaching. I know what it takes to rebuild from zero, and I use that experience to help you conquer your own setbacks.

We don't just lift weights; we build functional, real-world power. Training with tools like the sledgehammer and tire builds explosive strength and conditioning that you can't get from machines. This is how we forge resilience.

The pistol squat is a masterclass in strength, balance, and coordination. I teach advanced bodyweight exercises to help you gain complete control over your body, proving that you are your own best gym.

These medals represent over a decade of dedication as an undefeated national champion and an Asian gold medalist for India. They are not just achievements; they are proof of the discipline, hard work, and fighter's mindset I bring to every single coaching session.
