Fitness is more than just gym hours; it is about having the strength, dhairya (patience), and shakti (power) to handle whatever life throws at you, from the gym to the living room.
This is a perfect example of functional strength in daily life. My husky, Obhi, decided his mind was stronger than his legs and refused to walk up the stairs. So, I had to put my training to practical use. This is what it is all about, being fit for the unexpected moments in life.

We often talk about functional fitness like it is a complex science, but most of the time it is just being strong enough to handle life's surprises—like a 25kg husky who has decided he is done walking for the day. My training is about building the body and the mindset to handle whatever the day throws at you, whether that is a tough session in the ring or simply getting through a chaotic week. You will not find cookie-cutter plans here; we focus on movements that actually matter for your daily grind.

True fitness is built on three pillars: dhairya (patience), ekagrata (focus), and shakti (strength). You cannot fake these. Whether you are a corporate professional, a parent, or someone recovering from an injury, my sessions are designed to move you forward, inch by inch. We do not chase temporary goals; we build long-term discipline.

Functional fitness means training your body to perform everyday actions better. We focus on:
- Compound Movements: Squats, deadlifts, and presses that build real-world strength.
- Mobility & Stability: Ensuring you can move pain-free, focusing on shoulder health and knee stability.

I have been through my own share of injuries, including surgery. I know that the 'boring' work—the slow rehab, the form correction, the rest days—is where the real progress happens. I do not promise shortcuts or magic. I promise a plan that works for your current level, adjusted for how you feel each day.
