No cookie-cutter gym routines here. I design every session based on where you are today and where you want to go, using a mix of functional movements to build real, sustainable strength.
This video shows a client moving through a typical full-body circuit I designed for her. The workout includes everything from activation exercises and push-ups to machine-based lat pulldowns and tricep extensions, ensuring a balanced approach to strength and conditioning.
We focus heavily on functional movements that translate to everyday life. Here, my client is performing weighted lunges and goblet squats, fundamental exercises for building lower body strength, improving balance, and strengthening the core.
Some days are harder than others, but consistency is what brings results. This was a Monday session focused on pushing through the mental blocks with a solid upper body workout, including chest presses and lat pulldowns on the multi-gym. We get the work done, even when we don't feel like it.
About Personalized Client Workouts
My sessions are built on the principle of progressive overload, but adapted for your recovery level and daily energy. Whether we are using cable machines at the facility or portable TRX bands at your home, I watch your form like a hawk. If your shoulder is stiff or your back is acting up, we adjust the movement, not your progress.
I believe that fitness is a mental game as much as a physical one. We focus on 'dhairya' (patience), 'ekagrata' (focus), and 'shakti' (strength) to keep going even when the motivation fades. My training style moves away from the typical gym crowd and focuses on your specific needs.
Whether you visit my facility on New BEL Road or Richmond Town, or if you prefer me to travel to your home in North Bangalore, the work remains the same. We focus on compound lifts, functional patterns, and safe form correction. If you are coming off an injury, I apply the same rehab protocols that helped me recover from my own shoulder surgery. We keep it consistent, we keep it safe, and we get results.
We do not chase instant fixes. We chase progress. This means showing up for the 12 sessions per month, putting in the work, and letting the results follow. If you have the will to start, I have the plan to keep you moving.
