Thoughtful Urban Living & Residential Architecture

We design residential projects that balance high-density city needs with human-centric comfort, integrating amenities that make urban living feel like an escape.

This is our design for the Skyline residential building, where the architecture itself becomes art. We used a pattern of vertical fins and horizontal bands to create a modern tapestry on the facade, giving the building a unique and elegant identity.

This render of the Haresh Bhuvan rooftop pool showcases our commitment to creating urban tranquility. The amenity deck is designed as a luxurious escape from the city below, offering stunning views and a resort-like atmosphere.

A rooftop terrace is more than an amenity; it's an elevated backyard. This design for Haresh Bhuvan features a wooden deck with comfortable lounge seating under a modern pergola, creating a perfect space for residents to relax and socialize.

About this collection

When we design a residential tower like Skyline or Haresh Bhuvan, our focus is never just on the facade. We prioritize the amenity deck as an essential extension of your living space. By carving out purposeful zones, such as shaded rooftop pergolas or communal terraces, we transform the typical concrete roof into an active backyard, ensuring you have a place to breathe amidst the city rush.

Urban living demands more than just floor space. Our approach at MQA treats the entire building footprint as a system for well-being. Whether it is the vertical fins on the Skyline facade that break up the mass while providing shade, or the layout of an amenity deck, every detail is engineered to mediate the impact of a dense urban environment. We often look at how natural light penetrates deeper into floor plans and how we can use passive cooling techniques to keep temperatures moderate without constant air conditioning.

For developments like Haresh Bhuvan, we do not just provide a pool; we design a transition space. The wooden decking, the placement of lounge seating, and the integration of greenery are carefully calculated to offer privacy and a sense of resort-like calm. We believe that an architect's responsibility extends to the skyline itself. By creating distinctive silhouettes and thoughtful community areas, we ensure our developments contribute positively to the neighborhood character.

Our master planning is equally site-centric. We analyze local wind patterns, site constraints, and sun orientation long before the first line is drawn. This ensures that the long-term maintenance costs for the building are lower, and the quality of life for residents remains high for decades, not just during the first year of possession. We build for the future, ensuring that the spaces we create remain functional and meaningful as families grow and the city changes around them.

At MQA, we see city architecture as a responsibility to the people who will call these buildings home. We have been a family since the start, and we bring that same care into every project, whether it is a high-rise skyline or a quiet rooftop sanctuary.
