Our design process is built on mentorship and continuity. We have veterans like John Thomas who have been with us for 30 years, working alongside our younger architects to bridge the gap between traditional manual drafting techniques and modern design technology. This ensures every project benefits from both seasoned wisdom and fresh innovation.
When we look back at our growth from a small team of 10 at Shivaji Park to a 100-person firm in Mahalakshmi, we see more than just numbers. We see a family that has adapted to the shifting landscape of Indian architecture. Our culture is defined by this blend of old-school discipline and new-age agility.
We believe that a great architectural outcome relies on how well we listen. Whether we are presenting at the World Architecture Festival in Singapore or sitting in a design critique in Mumbai, our approach remains the same: we focus on the problem before the sketch. Our associates and lead architects are encouraged to challenge ideas, fostering a collaborative environment that prevents cookie-cutter solutions.
