Our Featured Architectural and Interior Design Projects
We believe architecture is about solving problems, whether we are designing a compact home or a large-scale commercial pavilion. Here is a glimpse of our approach to space, light, and utility.
This master bedroom is a sanctuary of quiet luxury. I used a calm, neutral palette, sophisticated textures, and clean lines to create a space that feels both expansive and intimate, a true retreat from the city. The glass-enclosed walk-in closet adds a layer of transparency and modern elegance.
I believe a restaurant's design should be an experience in itself. In this walkthrough of the Primrose restaurant, you can see how we blended royal blue tones, traditional Indian art, and glamorous metal jalis to create a unique and memorable dining ambiance that also manages acoustics with ceiling fabrics.
We designed this 40-foot-high glass pavilion to completely blur the line between indoors and outdoors. It allows for community events on a natural lawn while being protected from the elements, fostering a unique connection between people and nature.
This is a workspace designed for clarity and connection. The design uses glass partitions and open breakout areas to encourage collaboration, while a skylight and neutral tones create a bright, focused atmosphere for the team at RATNAAFIN.
Good design solves real problems. Here, I explain my approach to designing a 350-square-foot apartment for a multi-generational family, focusing on creating flexible, multi-purpose rooms that provide both privacy and a sense of home.
For the Lilavati Clinic, the goal was to create a space that feels calming and reassuring. The reception area uses a soft blue palette, curved forms, and clean white marble to establish a serene and professional environment for patient wellness from the moment they arrive.
This hotel room interior is an exercise in refined comfort. We used a combination of fluted wall panels, warm wood, and custom art deco-inspired screens to create a distinct seating area within the room, making the space feel more like a personal suite.
About this collection
You will notice that our design approach remains consistent, whether we are working on a private residence or a public facility. We prioritize spatial flow and acoustic control in our hospitality projects, while in residential work, we focus heavily on multi-generational utility. We prefer materials that age gracefully, such as natural stone and wood, rather than relying on temporary or high-maintenance finishes.
Our portfolio reflects a commitment to site-centric architecture, where the land and the community dictate the solution.
Residential Design We approach homes as vessels for daily life. A primary example of our process is our work on 350-square-foot apartments. Instead of standard living layouts, we implement multi-purpose rooms that provide privacy for different generations while maintaining a sense of openness.
Hospitality & Commercial Spaces In our commercial work, such as the Primrose restaurant, we use design to manage acoustics and create distinct zones. We incorporate metal jalis and ceiling fabrics to add character while ensuring the space remains functional for high-traffic use. For healthcare projects, like the Lilavati Clinic, our design choices are centered on patient well-being, utilizing calming palettes and curves to foster a professional, reassuring environment.
Public & Community Infrastructure Our pavilion designs, like the 40-foot-high glass structure, are created to bridge the gap between indoor comfort and nature. By using glass envelopes, we allow communities to engage with the outdoors while remaining protected from the elements.
Regardless of the project size, our team of over 100 professionals follows a philosophy of creating spaces that serve a clear purpose, ensuring that every square foot is optimized for both utility and comfort.

At MQA, we see architecture as a tool for improving everyday life. Whether we are planning a master development or detailing a clinic interior, my focus remains on understanding the people who will use the space and building solutions that actually work for them.
