About Architectural Design
Thoughtful architecture, for me, is all about making spaces work for real people, not just drawing fancy facades. I see every project as a mix of challenges and chances - whether it’s a cramped plot or a tight budget, I look for what’s possible, not just what’s easy.
How I Design
I start by digging deep into the site and understanding who’s going to use the space. Even a weirdly shaped plot or a tiny flat is a reason to get creative - like crafting flexible layouts so families can actually live together comfortably. My plans always put people first, with an eye for how daily life happens inside those walls.
What Matters in My Work
- I care about sustainable architectural solutions, so you’ll see things like rainwater harvesting, passive cooling with jaalis, and tons of natural light in my projects.
- Biophilic architecture is big for me - I love adding green spots, vertical gardens, and open views so nature isn’t just outside, it’s part of the design.
- I use local materials mixed with modern parametric design techniques, so every building feels unique but grounded.
What I’ve Built
From high-rise towers and lively mixed-use spaces to schools, museums, and community centers, I’ve worked on a lot. Each project is its own story, whether it’s a bustling office, a cozy villa, or an entire township coming to life.
My Process
I’m hands-on - I’ll be there from the first doodle, through 3D models, right up to making sure every detail matches the vision once the build starts. I want architecture that lasts and feels right for whoever lives or works there.

Hey, Qutub here. Architecture’s never just walls for me, it’s always been about people.
