About Winter & Wellness Pickles
We don't use large-scale machinery or harsh preservatives. For our winter special Gobhi-Gajar-Shalgam, mom personally sun-dries the chopped vegetables to remove moisture, creating that characteristic crunch without any additives. Every jar uses coarse 'dardara' spices and kachi ghani mustard oil, ensuring the authentic Punjabi taste arrives at your doorstep exactly as we eat it at home.
Our winter and wellness range is a labour of love that relies on the seasonal calendar.
