When you add a spoon of this pickle, you are not just getting extra spice. You are adding the depth of Kachi Ghani mustard oil and the tang of sun-dried mangoes or chillies. Unlike factory-made jars, these are packed in glass to keep the flavour intact, so you can taste the same vibrant spices you would if Maa had just finished bottling them in our kitchen.

We believe that a meal is never truly finished until you have that one piece of pickle on the side. Whether you are eating a simple dal chawal, a rich pav bhaji, or a winter breakfast of makki di roti and saag, our pickles are made to cut through the richness and leave you with a happy palate.

Everything here starts with Maa in our kitchen. We avoid the machines and the shortcuts. Instead, we use the old school method of sun-drying vegetables to remove moisture naturally, which gives our pickles that deep, authentic texture. We use pure Kachi Ghani mustard oil, which we heat properly to remove the raw pungency, and mix in coarsely ground spices like fennel, nigella, and fenugreek. This dardara (coarse) texture is what gives you that crunch in every bite.

We pack everything in glass jars with metal caps to ensure the pickle stays safe and fresh for up to 12 months. Since we do not add any preservatives or artificial colors, you get the pure, honest taste of traditional Punjabi cooking. We ship our jars securely across India using bubble wrap and corrugated boxes, so you can enjoy a piece of home no matter where you live.
