A fresh stock of my Kathal (Jackfruit) pickle. This is a rare, traditional pickle with a unique texture that many people love. It's a taste of old-world cooking.

My Gajar Khatta pickle, made from sweet winter carrots. It has a lovely sweet and sour taste that goes well with parathas and mathri.

This is my Lehsun (Garlic) pickle, made with whole cloves of garlic. It's known for its strong, pungent flavour and is great for digestion.

A very traditional Punjabi speciality, Kachalu pickle. It has a distinct tangy taste and a soft texture, made from taro root.
