Our Signature Home-Style Curries
I cook these curries in small batches exactly like I prepare for my own family, using fresh local produce and slow-cooking techniques for that proper home-made taste.
My signature Mutton Curry, slow-cooked for hours until the meat is tender and falling off the bone. The thick, spicy gravy is made with my special blend of home masalas and is perfect with a plate of simple steamed rice.
A complete look at my Hariyali Chicken preparation, from blending the fresh spinach and herbs to grilling the chicken and simmering the final curry. It is a healthy and flavourful dish that I am very proud of.
My homemade Paneer Curry is a comforting and delicious vegetarian option. I make it in a classic North Indian style with a creamy, spiced tomato gravy that is always a crowd-pleaser.
About Our Signature Curries
My curries are delivered in 500ml containers, which provides a solid serving for one or a generous portion to share. Because I cook everything in small, fresh batches to ensure the meat stays tender and the gravy holds its flavor, I recommend placing your order a little in advance so I can prepare your meal with the attention it deserves.
What makes these curries different?
When I started Mojo Kitchen, I realized that delivery food often sacrifices the depth of flavor you get from home cooking for the sake of speed. My signature curries aren't about mass production. For the slow-cooked Mutton Curry, I commit to over three hours of dum cooking. This process breaks down the fibers, letting the whole spices like cinnamon and cloves infuse properly into the bone-in meat.
For the Hariyali Chicken, it is a different process entirely. I do not just toss chicken into a green gravy. The meat is marinated and grilled first. This ensures the chicken holds its texture and carries a char-grilled flavor even after being simmered in the fresh spinach and methi base.
A few things to know before ordering
- Portion Sizes: Every order comes in a 500ml container, meant to be a hearty, home-style portion. You will generally find 4-5 pieces in the chicken dishes and 3-4 larger, bone-in pieces in the mutton.
- Vegetarian Favorites: My paneer and chana masalas focus on the density of the curry. You are getting a high ratio of solids to gravy, North Indian style.
- Delivery Logistics: I deliver fresh to locations within a 3km radius of Indiranagar, Koramangala, HSR, and BTM Layout.
Everything is packed with a simple, eco-friendly wooden spoon included. If you are planning a specific dinner or family meal, please let me know, and I will make sure your order is fresh and ready on time.
