I started Mojo Kitchen because I missed the kind of food that just feels like home - simple, tasty, and made with real care. Every order is a fresh start for me, or as I like to say, a "Subaarmbh" (lucky beginning).
What's Cooking?
- My mutton curry is slow-cooked for hours, with bone-in pieces and a thick, spicy gravy that’s best with plain rice.
- For chicken fans, I make a green hariyali chicken using spinach, methi, and dhania, where the chicken gets grilled before it goes in the curry. It’s both healthy and packed with flavour.
- Veggies, don’t worry: there’s a classic paneer curry and a chana masala, both made North Indian style, with real home masalas.
- If you like a bit of everything, try my traditional Indian thali at home - multiple curries and sides in one plate, so you get a real taste of variety.
My Way of Cooking
- I only use fresh local ingredient curries - nothing frozen or off the shelf.
- It’s all cooked in small batches, no mass production here.
- The flavours are proper desi, just like you’d get at home, not watered down.
