About The Mojo Kitchen Story
I do not believe in mass production, which is why I cook everything in small, manageable batches. This ensures that every order of curry or biryani gets the full attention it needs—no shortcuts, no frozen ingredients, just the kind of food I would serve to my own family.
When I started cooking, my kitchen was the only place that mattered. I wanted to create food that actually felt like a meal from home, not something processed or watered down. Every dish I prepare, whether it is my slow-cooked mutton curry or the green hariyali chicken, is based on traditional North Indian recipes that use fresh, local ingredients.
I handle the cooking process personally. The mutton is dum-cooked for three hours to get that perfect tenderness, and my paneer curries use high-density ingredients rather than just thin gravy. I don't use fancy, non-recyclable packaging. Instead, I pack your food in clear, reusable containers with a wooden spoon and a small side of onions, just like I would if I were packing a lunchbox for a friend. My goal is to make sure that when you open your delivery in Koramangala, Indiranagar, HSR, or BTM, you are getting the same quality and care I put into my own meals.
