Essential Engagement & Roka Decor
Stage & Backdrop (Up to 12ft Width)
- Structure: Adjustable pipe-and-drape frame masked with fabric.
- Drapery: Gathered satin or shimmer fabric in dual colors (e.g., Cream & Gold or Pastel Pink & White).
- Floral Decor: Top border with high-density artificial base mixed with fresh local flowers (Roses/Carnations). Includes 2 side props or geometric stands with matching bunches.
- Lighting: 6-8 LED Par cans (Uplighters) for color washing.
- Flooring: Standard red or beige carpet (approx 150 sq ft).

- Couple Seating: 1 Two-seater specialized sofa (Victorian High-back or Gold-rimmed style).
- Side Elements: 2 Brass diyas or flower pedestals.

- Floral Work: Extensive arrangements on headers and stage skirt. Mix of 40% Fresh Exotic (Lilies/Orchids) and 60% Volume flowers.
- Furniture: Premium Maharaja Couple Throne with matching side chairs.
Grand Entrance Arch
- Design: 10ft thematic entry gate matching the stage.

What We Do
I’m Mahesh from MM Eveents. We handle everything for your wedding and pre-wedding functions - engagements, ring ceremonies, sangeet, mehandi, and receptions. My team and I want your event to feel special, not just big.
Our Decoration Style
Fresh flowers are our thing. You’ll spot them in our floral arches, stage backdrops, and even hanging above you. We do fabric drapes, custom frames, and can put your initials on the stage if you want. Seating for the couple is sorted - elegant sofas and chairs, no worries. If you’ve got a theme in mind, just say it. We do traditional, but we’re open to anything. Lighting is a big deal for us too - we match colours and set the mood with custom wedding lighting.
Making Your Entry Grand
Your entrance should stand out. We set up floral arches and personalized wedding entrance signs for guests. For the couple’s entry, we can add cold pyro sparklers or dry ice effects. It’s all about that wow moment.
More Than Decor
For sangeet and mehandi nights, we manage the whole show. Stage for family performances, full DJ setup - everyone gets to dance and enjoy. We keep things running smooth, so you can actually have fun.

My Story
Namaskara! We are SM Events. One day, baby shower with traditional baby shower decor, next day Sandalwood stars night. Sometimes, DJ night at Taj Yeshwantpur, sometimes small naming ceremony in Jayanagar. We love seeing happy faces. For us, it's not just about balloon or flower decorations, it's about 'sambrama' (celebration). Artists, guests, kalavidaru, everyone - namma shira sashtanga namaskara (our big salute). We just want your event to be grand and happy.
