Haldi & Mehendi Decor Package
Backdrop & Structure
- Dimensions: 10ft x 8ft frame structure suitable for homes or small halls.
- Draping: Vibrant satin or polyester fabric in Yellows, Oranges, or Pinks.
- Composition: Combination of fabric drapes with fresh Marigold (Genda) strings or lush artificial greenery panels.
Furniture & Props
- Seating: Decorated traditional Swing (Jhula) with cushions or a Regal Peacock Chair.
- Floor Setup: 2 to 4 large brass Urulis with water and floating petals alongside traditional mats or rugs.
- Theming: Rajasthani umbrellas, brass lamps, painted earthen pots, and rangoli stickers.
- Signage: Personalized foam board welcome sign.
Florals & Lighting
- Flowers: High density use of Marigolds for garlands. Tuberoses or local Roses used for accents. Note that background fillers may use artificial greenery.
- Lighting: 4 to 6 LED Par cans for backdrop washing and stage illumination.
Logistics
- Crew: 3 to 4 person team for setup and breakdown.
- Transport: Includes prop delivery within city limits.
- Timing: Setup completed 2 to 3 hours prior to event start.

D-Day Execution
- Timeline: Creation and enforcement of minute by minute Run of Show itinerary.
- Staff: On site presence of 1 Lead Planner and 1 to 2 Assistants.
- Logistics: Coordination of vendor arrival, deliverables, and guest seating assistance.

- Plan and design all sorts of wedding and pre-wedding functions - from haldi to reception.
- Haldi ceremonies get that proper phoolon ki holi (flower petal fun) vibe, with marigolds everywhere and themes that mix traditions, like those full-on '2 States' weddings.
- Half-saree functions can be simple and sweet or totally grand, with floral backdrops and all the classic props.
- I’ve done intimate weddings too - think cozy lawn mandap, custom photobooths, and personalized wedding theme ideas that fit your story.
