Traditional Floral Stage & Swing Setup
Stage & Backdrop
- Backdrop Dimensions: 10ft to 12ft width fabric draping (Shimmer/Satin/Gold/Cream) with a checkered overlay of fresh Marigold and White Chrysanthemums.
- Ceiling Decor: Hanging strings of fresh Jasmine or Tuberose mixed with bells or lotus buds.
- Centerpiece: Traditional wooden Jhoola (Swing) decorated with fresh flower strings OR a Gold-plated Maharaja sofa.
- Traditional Props: 2 large Brass Kuthuvilakku lamps (3ft to 4ft height) adorned with flowers.
- Flooring: Red or Maroon carpet for the main stage area.
Entrance & Walkway
- Entry Arch: Fabric draped archway featuring fresh bunches of Roses or Gerberas at the corners.
- Signage: Welcome board printed on foam sheet mounted on a wooden easel.
- Path: Red carpet runner leading from the entrance to the stage.
Essentials
- Seer Trays: 5 to 7 decorative trays or stands provided for fruit and gift display (contents provided by client).
- Lighting: 4 to 6 LED Par Cans (Warm White/Yellow) to illuminate the stage decor.
Modern Pastel Balloon & Backdrop Decor
Backdrop Configuration
- Structure: 8ft x 8ft setup using a Circular Ring, Arch Panel, or Rectangular Flex Frame based on the theme.
- Balloon Garland: Organic-style arrangement using 300 to 400 latex balloons in pastel or matte finishes (Sage Green, Peach, Cream, etc.).
- Floral Add-ons: Artificial floral bunches (Roses/Peonies) styled within the balloon garland or on the frame.
- Branding: Custom name cutout (Thermocol/Foam) or Vinyl text applied to the backdrop.
Props & Display
- Themed Elements: 2 to 3 floor props matching the theme (e.g., LED numbers, tall vases, or themed cutouts).
- Cake Display: One cylinder pedestal or wooden table dedicated for the cake.
- Lighting: 2 LED focus lights placed to highlight the backdrop area.

Audio & Artist
- Sound System: Professional PA setup with 2 Top Speakers (High/Mid) and 2 Subwoofers (Bass), suitable for up to 200 guests.
- DJ Service: Professional DJ for 5 hours playing Bollywood, Kannada, and Commercial genres.
- Equipment: Professional mixing console and 2 cordless microphones for hosting.
Club Lighting
- Moving Heads: 4 Intelligent Beam Lights (Sharpies) on stands for dynamic club-style effects.
- Wash Lights: 6 to 8 LED Par Cans to color-wash the dance floor.
- Haze: Standard smoke machine to enhance light beam visibility.
Special Effects
- Dry Ice Entry: Low-lying fog effect (Clouds) for approximately 3 minutes during the couple entry or first dance.
- Cold Pyro: 6 shots of indoor-safe electronic sparklers triggered during entry or cake cutting.

I handle all kinds of functions - weddings, birthdays, baby showers, DJ nights, farewells, you name it. Whether you want a traditional vibe or a modern twist, I’m here to make sure your event feels just right.
Family Functions & Ceremonies
I love planning family events. For traditional baby showers and naming ceremonies, I set up stages with swings (jhoola) or cradles, decorate with marigold and jasmine, and use motifs like lotuses and peacocks. The seer table gets special attention too. If you want something more modern, I can do themed gender reveal parties with pink and blue lights, ‘Cast Your Vote’ boards, and fun name suggestion stands.
Parties, Farewells & DJ Nights
Farewell parties get custom backdrops and balloon decor in trendy colours like sage green and peach. For DJ nights or cultural events, I bring the full DJ night event setup - sound system, party lights, and stage for performances. I know how to create that club feel, but sometimes the crowd can be unpredictable.
Special Touches
I add wow moments with dry ice for grand entrances and cold pyro effects for events like cake cuttings or special entries. These are safe and look great in photos, but not every venue allows them.

My Story
Namaskara! We are SM Events. One day, baby shower with traditional baby shower decor, next day Sandalwood stars night. Sometimes, DJ night at Taj Yeshwantpur, sometimes small naming ceremony in Jayanagar. We love seeing happy faces. For us, it's not just about balloon or flower decorations, it's about 'sambrama' (celebration). Artists, guests, kalavidaru, everyone - namma shira sashtanga namaskara (our big salute). We just want your event to be grand and happy.
