What you see in our photos is the final result, but the setup process is where the real work happens. We handle everything from the pipe-and-drape structure to the final floral layering on-site. If you have a specific color theme or want your initials on the backdrop, let us know early so we can source the fabric, props, and lighting to match your vision.
We build stages to suit the venue and your budget. For smaller engagements, we focus on a 12ft backdrop with clean drapes and subtle floral accents. For large receptions, we go up to 40ft, adding heavy floral layering, chandeliers, and premium seating like a Maharaja throne.
We mix 40% fresh exotic flowers like lilies or orchids with high-quality artificial bases to keep the volume high without worrying about wilting halfway through the night. Lighting is not just for visibility; we use 12-16 LED Par cans to color-wash the backdrop and match your wedding theme.
If you want a traditional look, we can roll out a striped 'jamkhana' rug and place brass diyas. If you prefer a modern style, we stick to clean carpet flooring and personalized acrylic signs. We always bring a team of 4-6 decorators to ensure the structure, draping, and wiring are finished before your guests arrive.
