We don't do repetitive, boring drills. In every studio session, we rotate between Zumba, aerobics, and weight-based dance moves to keep your metabolism guessing. Whether you walk into our Vasundhara, Indirapuram, or Dwarka studio, expect to use equipment like aerobic steppers and 1-2kg dumbbells to actually see results, not just move to music.
At Misaki, we believe that if you aren't enjoying your workout, you won't stick to it. That is why our 'Studio Vibe' is built around variety. We operate 15 studios across Delhi NCR, each designed with a high-energy environment featuring club-style LED lighting and full-length mirrors to keep your form on point.

We don't believe in the 'Monday se karenge' (I'll start on Monday) mindset. Our daily curriculum is designed to prevent plateaus. Who This Is For
We have members from 16 to 76 years old. If you prefer a ladies-only environment, our Vasundhara studio has dedicated batches for women. Whether your goal is weight loss, pain relief, or simply getting your stamina back, our instructors guide you through the choreography so you can follow along easily, regardless of your fitness level.
