Wedding Day Ceremony & Decor
Planning & Coordination
- Vendor management: Coordination with Pandit, Makeup Artist, Photographer, and Venue.
- Ritual flow: On-ground coordinator for pheras and ceremony steps.
- Guest management: RSVP tracking and seating assistance for up to 50 guests.
Temple Aesthetic Decor
- Mandap design: 4-pillar structure using natural banana leaves and dense strings of Tuberose (Rajnigandha), Jasmine, and Marigold.
- Premium seating: 45-50 wooden Cross-back or Tiffany chairs (no plastic covers).
- Chair details: Floral bunch or brass bells tied to aisle chairs.
- Aisle styling: Lined with brass oil lamps (Kuthuvilakku) or floral rangoli; carpet masking in jute or beige tones.
Personalization & Stationery
- 50 custom designed ritual booklets explaining phera vows.
- Personalized welcome notes or tags on seats.
- Interactive elements: Paper cones with fresh petals for flower shower and vintage brass bells for guests.
- Signage: Easel stand welcome board with floral framing.
Lighting

2-Day Full Weekend Planning & Decor
Full-Service Planning
- Venue sourcing: Scouting locations in Mumbai, Lonavala, Pune, or Chennai.
- Itinerary: Minute-by-minute run-of-show for both days.
- Logistics: Coordination of airport pickups, room allocations, and hamper distribution.
- Budget tracking: Management of all vendor payments.
Day 1: Haldi & Mehendi Setup
- Theme: Sustainable Summer or Poolside Pop.
- Backdrop: Marigolds and foliage with brass Urulis and floating flowers.
- Seating: Lounge or bistro setup for 50 pax.
- Activity stations: DIY flower garland bar with loose jasmine/rose buds, needles, and thread.
- Props: Hand-woven coconut leaf hats for guests.
Day 2: Wedding Ceremony
- Includes all decor and coordination from the Single Day package.
- Bespoke floral Mandap and premium wooden seating.
- Aisle styling, entrance decor, and ritual management.
Detailing (Both Days)
- Stationery: Welcome letters, itineraries, key card holders, and ritual booklets.
- Photo corners: One dedicated themed corner per event (floral swing or photo wall).

- Personalized wedding details everywhere - from custom stationery (like ritual guides for guests) to unique signage (think Mehendi welcome signs with real henna, Haldi boards framed with genda flowers).
- Interactive moments for your guests, like ringing bells after your pheras or tossing petals from cones with your names on them.
Mindful & Local
I care about sustainability, so I work with local artisans for guest favours (coconut leaf hats for summer Haldi, anyone?) and set up DIY flower bars for guests to make their own jewellery.
