Boutique Destination Wedding Planning (Up to 150 Guests)
Planning & Design
- Venue Scouting: Research and shortlisting of up to 5 venues based on vibe and budget requirements.
- Lookbook Creation: Development of a design PDF covering color palettes, decor themes, and floral suggestions.
- Stationery Design: Design of digital assets including itineraries, order of service booklets, and room hamper tags (printing excluded).
- Budgeting: Creation of a master tracker with fund allocation for decor, food, and entertainment.
Vendor Management
- Sourcing: Finding and negotiating with local vendors (Makeup, Mehendi, DJ, Catering) at the destination.
- Contract Audits: Reviewing vendor agreements to identify and remove hidden costs.
- Single Point of Contact: Handling all vendor communication so the couple remains uninvolved in logistics.
On-Ground Execution (2 Days)
- Manpower: Deployment of 1 Lead Planner and 2 On-site Coordinators.
- Guest Management: Handling check-ins, RSVP list management, and hamper distribution.
- Bridal Shadow: 1 dedicated team member to assist the bride during key ceremonies.
- Event Flow: Managing entry cues, ritual timings, and itinerary adherence.
Grand Destination Wedding Planning (200+ Guests)
Logistics & Hospitality
- Guest Services: RSVP management via email/WhatsApp and hotel room allocation for 200+ guests.
- Transport: Coordination of airport transfers and management of transport vendors.
- Help Desk: Setup of a physical hospitality desk at the hotel lobby for guest assistance.
- Schedules: Creation of minute-by-minute run sheets for a 3-day multi-event schedule.
Production & Vendors
- Technical Management: Handling tech riders for live bands/DJs, including sound, light, and truss supervision.
- Decor Supervision: Overseeing large-scale setups (mandaps, floral ceilings) to ensure alignment with 3D renders.
- F&B Control: Menu curation, tasting coordination, and on-day plate counting to monitor catering costs.
- Artist Logistics: Managing requirements for celebrity performers or emcees (green rooms, tech checks).
On-Ground Execution (3 Days)

Where We Go
I plan destination weddings all over India and even outside. Beach wedding planning in India is my jam, but I’ve done everything from temple weddings in Pune to sunset shaadis (weddings) in Mumbai. If you’ve got a place in mind, I’ll figure out how to make it work.

Big fat Indian weddings, tiny gatherings with just your closest 45, or something in between - I’ve done it all. I get how cross-cultural wedding coordination works, especially for NRI couples. Blending Telugu pelli (wedding) with Catholic traditions or Indo-Italian fusion? I’m all in.
Making It Look & Feel Right
Your wedding should look like your Pinterest board but also feel like home. Minimal, dreamy setups, bold themed parties, or rooted-in-culture decor - I’ve got ideas for all. Fusion wedding decor inspiration is my thing, whether it’s a mandap covered in genda (marigold) or a garden reception under chandeliers.

I’m obsessed with the little stuff. Custom booklets for international guests, mehendi signs drawn with real henna, DIY flower garland stations, bells for vows, and favours from local artisans. These are the moments that stick.

Mint Events is my way to help couples show off their journey, with every tiny detail - even the genda phool (marigold flower) - telling a piece of their story.
