Intimate Pre-Wedding Decor
Core Setup
Bespoke 8x8 ft backdrop featuring traditional elements like fresh banana leaves, dense marigold strings, or tuberose curtains. Includes focal seating arrangement (wooden bench, brass swing, or diwan) with ethnic printed cushions.
Entrance & Props
Welcome signboard framed with fresh flowers. Floor rangoli design made of fresh petals or a brass urli arrangement with floating candles. Placement of traditional brass diyas, tall Samai lamps, and bells.
Guest Experience
Signature DIY Station for guests to make flower garlands or receive coconut leaf favors. Provision of 15-20 kg loose flower petals for rituals. Minimalist floral centerpieces for 6-8 guest tables.
Logistics
Use of eco-friendly materials and local blooms. Includes transport of materials, 4-6 hour setup time, and post-event teardown.
Minimalist Mandap & Ceremony Decor
Mandap Structure
Custom 4-pillar open structure designed with options for draped tuberose curtains, pastel floral wrapping, or temple-style brass bells. Includes premium low seating for the couple inside the mandap and styled Havan Kund area.
Guest Seating & Aisle
Rental of up to 100 premium chairs (Gold Chiavari, White Resin, or Wooden Cross-back). Styled walkway featuring floor-level floral arrangements or brass lamp posts alongside a carpeted or petal-dusted path.
Entrance & Signage
Floral or fabric-draped entrance archway coordinating with the mandap theme. Personalized welcome board or ritual schedule display.
Lighting
Basic Par can wash lighting for the mandap area to ensure visibility. Inclusion of fairy lights for tree wrapping (outdoor) or ambient uplights (indoor).
Premium Reception & Cocktail Decor
Grand Stage & Ceiling
Large-scale (approx. 24ft wide) backdrop featuring high-density floral arrangements or green walls with neon signage. Installation of ceiling decor elements like crystal chandeliers or hanging floral gardens using professional rigging.
Dining & Lounge
Premium centerpieces for up to 20 round tables using candelabras or floral runners. Themed styling of the bar frontage with florals and ambient props. Includes styling for a dedicated VIP lounge section.
Entrance & Photo Zones
Statement tunnel or heavy archway entrance. Dedicated photobooth backdrop with elements like mirrors, floral rings, or neon quotes.
Lighting & Effects
Provision of ambient wash lighting for decor and pin-spots for table centers. Extensive use of real wax or LED pillar candles to create a warm glow.

I’m big on blending tradition with a modern twist, especially for South Indian wedding design and NRI couples. We use local artisans and materials whenever possible, so sustainable wedding styling is a real thing here.
Signature Vibes

Details That Matter
I get obsessed with the small stuff. Custom varmala, floral jewellery for Haldi, hand-drawn mehendi signs, and booklets explaining rituals. Guests get involved too - DIY garland stations, little bells for pheras, and more.
Event Styling
Haldi can be a wild phoolon ki holi or a chill poolside setup. Mehendi goes boho with tassels or classic with brass and low seating. Sangeet and cocktail? Bollywood meets European charm, or full-on glam with roses and chandeliers.

Hey, I’m Janhavi. I’m a sucker for real love stories, not the filmy ones, but those quiet, honest ones. Mint Events is my way to help couples show off their journey, with every tiny detail - even the genda phool (marigold flower) - telling a piece of their story.
