Savory Bakes: Korean Cream Cheese Buns & More
Think my kitchen is only for desserts? Think again. My savory menu is the perfect fix for when you want something creamy, garlicky, and deeply comforting.

About Savory Bakes
If you are ordering these, follow this rule: microwave your Korean Cream Cheese Buns for 20-30 seconds right before you dig in. That quick heat melts the garlic butter infusion, making the cream cheese filling rich and the crust soft. They are best enjoyed warm, so do not let them sit out too long.
I started adding savory items to my menu because, let’s be honest, sometimes you just need a break from sugar. My Korean Cream Cheese Buns have become a massive hit, and I get why. The combination of a fluffy brioche bun, the sweet-savory cream cheese center, and that punchy garlic-parsley butter glaze is exactly what a house party or a rainy afternoon needs.
I also recently launched my Snappers with a Caramelized Onion Dip. They are crispy, triangular, and dangerously addictive. It is a massive step up from your standard chips and dip, especially since the dip is made from scratch.
Everything is baked fresh in my Sector 49, Noida kitchen. Because I do not use shortcuts or heavy preservatives, I usually need a heads-up of 5-6 days to prep your order, especially for bulk requests. These work great as sides for dessert hampers or as a solid evening snack when you want to treat yourself. If you are planning a get-together and need an appetizer that people actually talk about, these are my go-to recommendations.
Mini Mousse Bakery
I’m Sonali, and yes, my kitchen is usually covered in flour and cake scraps, but I absolutely love experimenting with savory flavors too. Whether it is perfecting the garlic-to-butter ratio on my buns or testing out a new dip, I put the same energy into my savory bakes as I do my cakes. It is all about making food that feels like a warm hug.
