About Behind the Scenes
Running a bakery from my studio in Sector 49, Noida, is definitely more than just putting cakes in the oven. When you see me obsessing over natural light for a photo or rushing to the market for fresh ingredients, it is because I do not believe in shortcuts. Everything you receive is baked from scratch with that same attention to detail.
When I started Mini Mousse back in 2021, I didn't realize how much of a 'reel-making' career this would turn into. My days are a constant juggle between the science of baking and the art of documenting it.
My approach to baking is simple: keep it real. I avoid the heavy, overly-processed fondant cakes you see everywhere. Instead, I focus on clean, elegant designs and textures that actually taste good. Whether it is my signature fudgy brownie with that paper-thin crinkle top or my eggless baked cheesecakes, every recipe has gone through endless test runs in my Noida kitchen to get the balance right.
I treat my bakery like a personal project. If I wouldn't serve it to my own family, it doesn't go out to yours. This is why I insist on 5 to 6 days of lead time for orders. I do not have a stockpile of pre-made goods. When you order, I plan the grocery run, the baking time, and the finishing touches specifically for your date. It is a one-woman show, but that is exactly why the quality stays consistent.
