When you order my cupcakes, you get a 1:1 frosting ratio, which means every bite tastes like the flavor you chose, not just plain sugar. The same goes for the cake tubs—I layer the sponge, cream, and fresh fillings so you get the full experience from the very first spoon. It is not just about the look; it is about getting that specific flavor profile in every bite.
I don't believe in covering up dry sponge with frosting. My cupcakes, whether it’s the Ferrero Rocher or the Lotus Biscoff, are built with a moist base that actually matches the topping. It is the same logic with my cake tubs—they aren't just leftover cake scraps. I bake fresh sponges, whip up the cream, and layer them with homemade compotes or crunchy toppings like fresh pistachios and rose petals for the Rose Pista tub.
Ordering is straightforward. Since I bake everything fresh in my Sector 49 kitchen, please drop me a message at least 5-6 days before you need your fix. Everything is 100% eggless by default, though I can do egg-based if you ask. Whether you are gifting a box or just treating yourself, these treats travel well across Noida and Delhi NCR. If you are stuck on what to pick, the assorted cheesecake jars or a mix of cupcake flavors are usually the safest bets to keep everyone happy.
